As the Founder and CEO of Dumont & Co Accounting, my hope is to restructure the financial future of my clients, ensuring their security as well as flourishment.
My career surfaced at Corriente Resources, a Canadian-based resource company that specializes in copper and copper-gold, which was acquired for $1B. Upon exit, I established my expertise as the co-owner of TK Consulting, a financial services company that served over 300 small to medium sized corporations, and is known today as Dumont & Co Accounting.
In addition to my personal venture, I am the current CFO of Yocale, an online scheduling and financial technology platform. My extensive involvement in M&A including sourcing opportunities, financial and operational due diligence, business case preparation, negotiation of terms, and achieving synergies through leading successful integration, has produced exceptional growth and added value, fundraising over $20M in capital.
My strong operational focus is further applied at Arete Venture, where I have worked on $250M projects in multi-unit real estate development and construction.
